The services support leadership and professional development for CEOs, business owners and aspiring leaders. Use is limited to lawful purposes. Misuse or unauthorized access may lead to termination or legal action.
3. Registration and membership
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or terminated.
4. Intellectual property
All platform content, including text, graphics, logos, videos and event materials, belongs to CEO Minds Pakistan and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
5. Program participation
Participants must follow the codes of conduct shared before sessions. CEO Minds Pakistan may refuse service or revoke access for harmful or disruptive behavior.
6. Payments and refunds
Fees are generally paid in advance. Tickets and passes for CEO summits and other events are not refundable. If CEO Minds Pakistan cancels or postpones, participants are notified and offered alternatives or refunds where appropriate.
7. Event registration and passes
Passes are valid for one selected destination only and are non-transferable and non-adjustable. Certificates and awards are prepared in advance from confirmed registrations, so changes cannot be made.
8. Limitation of liability
CEO Minds Pakistan is not liable for damages from using, or being unable to use, the platform or services, and does not guarantee that content is always current or error-free.
9. Changes to these terms
Terms may change at any time. Changes are posted on this page and continued use means acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
